Purchaser

In this position you have the possibility to be a part from the beginning and your contribution will be important and visible.The position starts with a project to implement an e-Procurement tool for Indirect Purchasing called Easybuy further on you will have the opportunity to participate in building up an operational purchasing team in AB Tetra Pak regarding Indirect Purchasing.Indirect Purchasing includes all supplier relations that are not related to Tetra Pak customer products.The new operational team's main task will be to secure compliance with the Purchase to payment process (PtP) which is a new way of working for many of our Tetra Pak's employees.

In the role as a project team member your main responsibilities will be:

- Supplier on-boarding and create multi-supplier catalogue
- Master data cleansing
- Test of the system and training

In the role as a purchaser your main responsibilities will be:

- Run Operational Purchasing in accordance with the PtP process
- Manage purchase orders in Easybuy
- Master data and supplier contract maintenance of suppliers
- Implement, develop, document and maintain commodity supplier base

In addition to the above mentioned you will also support the strategic purchaser in supplier interaction with following activities:

- Perform quotation analysis
- Negotiate commercial terms, establish and maintain relations with additional suppliers


Kvalifikationer

To be successful in this position you need to be service minded and result oriented.You also have the capability to work independently but also like to work and contribute in a team.You have good networking and communication skills.A good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.

You preferably have a University degree within purchasing or finance or some years of relevant experience within the area.Also knowledge in SAP R/3 and SRM is seen as an advantage as well as experience from working with change management activities.
