Are you a proactive person that strives for continuous improvements in a company’s supply chain set up, then you might be the right person for PMC Hydraulics and the Nordic Purchase team. We are looking for a person that feels a great pleasure in the roll as executer of tasks within purchase and other tasks related to Supply Chain Management.

You will work together with more or less all departments in the company and have a lot of external contacts with suppliers.

Scope: Full-time

Job description:
All purchase from specific suppliers and related tasks

Updating of Master Data in Dynamics AX

Handling of quality issues towards suppliers

Handling of inquiry from sales and to suppliers

Reducing working capital and keep related parameters in our ERP (Dynamics AX), updated suppliers

Improving the set up in our material flow, from supplier to warehouse and end user

Qualifications:
Technical degree, preferably tertiary level in purchasing or logistics

3-5 years’ experience within purchase

A technical background would be preferable, but understanding and interest of technical issues are a must

Experience from an international company is preferable

Proactive of nature and capable of taking decisions

Fluent in Swedish and English, another Scandinavian language is an advantage

Using Microsoft office is natural for you, and you are a skilled user of Excel

Is an excellent user in ERP systems, preferable Dynamics AX 2012, if you have participated in implementing Dynamics Ax, it will be an asset

You are a team player, and at the same time you are able to analyze and work independent. You are a responsible person that takes full ownership of your responsibilities. You have excellent communications skills and are able to plan your own time.
