As a Purchaser, you will play an important and central role to secure deliveries of Tobii´s products worldwide.

Eye tracking is used in a broad range of applications including market research and eye controlled computer interfaces. Role and Responsibilities
As Purchaser, it is your responsibility to secure material according to forecast and dimensioning needs by placing purchase orders to suppliers. You will communicate with global suppliers and support production and logistics with material for use. You have a systematic approach to ways of working and are good at prioritizing your work while being a relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people, both internally and with external suppliers.
Your days will be filled with:
Following up on delivery schedules, driving improvement and communicating status internally during the sustain phase
Securing agreed terms and conditions are followed during the sustain phase
Handling Supplier invoices in Mediusflow during the sustain phase
Securing and handling inventory for consignment stock
Balancing service vs cost and set safety levels and/or min stock
Creating and sending supplier plans

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have:
3 years’ experience as Purchaser or similar
Experience from a technical company (preferably from electronics and mechanics categories)
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience of Visma and Mediusflow is a plus
