We are now looking for a Purchaser who will be working in the Large Motors and Generators Division.


Your responsibilities
Place orders and follow up of material deliveries based on purchase request from production preparation team
First point of contact for the supplier for orders you have issued
Report delivery delays of materials to project management and planning
Send revisions of drawings to suppliers
Handling of invoices not matching the purchase order
Support other parts of the organization with additional needs within the project. For example, if something gone wrong and new material/component is needed urgently



Your background
Technical education (engineering or production technology) or similar knowledge or Purchasing education or similar knowledge
Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems
Commercial experience
Knowledge/experience of industrial production and logistics
Technical understanding and skills in reading drawings
Team player, driven person planning your own job and take action when needed. Accuracy is important.
Fluent English and Swedish
