Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations manufactures packaging material, packaging systems and distribution solutions for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions.The Capital Equipment Supply Chain division (CE SCO) is responsible for the manufacture and supply of Filling machines and Distribution Equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site. As Purchaser within Converting Equipment Purchasing you will as an active team member contribute in Product Life Cycle or Development Projects.Other areas of responsibilities are to contract suppliers for development purpose, and to collect business intelligence & facts for our supplier portal. We work in project teams with colleagues from other functions i.e.product development, industrialisation and legal affairs to support with contracts.Focus will be on Converting Equipment, i.e.our systems or machines for producing packaging material. You will get stimulation working towards set targets where you can influence the activities and results.This position will require international travelling to meet our suppliers and visit our operational units.Preferred profile for the position is a couple of years of technical and/or commercial experience from similar tasks.Combined with this is a Master degree within Engineering or Business Administration needed.Prior experience from Converting operations is highly valued, as well as knowledge in propriety rights.Fluency in English both written and verbal is required. This position demands a high level of commercial and negotiating skills.As a person you are driving and decisive with a structured holistic view.You have strong communication and social skills and have the ability to create long-term partnerships with an accountable and analytical approach.
