The customer need a consultant to do a thinning and mowing procurement.
The procurement's goal is to guarantee that the municipality's natural areas with recreational routes and walkways, as well as the high nature assets that exist, are properly-managed and administered. The project will cover all aspects of the procurement process, including market study, determining needs and scope, delimitations, requirements, structure and evaluation model, procurement document creation, advertising, evaluation, award, and contract drafting. The task is completed in partnership with the company.
The existing contract with the provider runs until 2022 summer.
Duration: 6 months + extension
