As a Purchasing Administrator, your main job will involve handling different tasks related to purchase orders. These orders are essential for supplying factories and offices in Germany and other EMEA region countries.
If you have some experience in customer service and want to learn about purchasing, this job is a good fit. You will receive all the training you need to do well in your new role.

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Purchasing Administrator expert will be:
Ensure on time delivery of goods and services
Identify potential savings
Work together with other roles in to achieve the goals of the department and further the company’s goals
Support continuous improvement of processes within the team and department
Daily contact with the suppliers to identify potentials and issues as early as possible
Interact with multiple sites (plants/ offices) and teams in the EMEA region offering best service for our stakeholders

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Fluent verbal and written skills in German
Experience in a customer service role
Very good English language
Good user knowledge of MS Office in general
SAP experience preferred
Team worker
Good communication skills
Flexible, multitasking, ability to manage time and to adapt to changes
