Indirect Purchasing in Central Sites Europe is looking for a full-time assignment as Purchasing Analyst.
In this position you will be one of the key players within indirect purchasing team. We are looking for a person with broad skills within some of the areas analysis, process, master data and systems. The role could be adapted depending on the suitable candidate's profile and specific knowledge.
Your success will depend on your ability to drive and support the supplier management organisation in finding business improvements, root cause behind performance and to facility transparency of results by clear communication. Your achievements will impact our result and efficiency to a large extent.
As Purchasing Analyst you will be a member of the Central Sites Europe Supplier Management team.
Main responsibilities
- Give support to the supplier management organization to enable right decisions to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Build and populate accurate analysis models
- Engage & deliver training in concept, tools & processes
- Drive compliance, through process controls and other analysis tools
- Involved in improving of processes and standards
- Project management within responsibility area
- Enable efficient target setting and follow-up
- Supplier management and finance ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you are a highly motivated individual with an analytical mindset and a broad understanding of economics and business control. You are a team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and across the com-pany. You possess excellent business understanding and strong communication skills. Furthermore you are proactive and able to drive activities with strong focus on result, and you prefer to work in a structured and organized way.
Preferably you have an Economical University degree. Ideally you have some years experience in controlling, supplier management and / or in a similar role.
As you will be working with a multicultural team, a good command of English, both written and oral is required, as well as knowledge of advanced Excel and SAP. Experience of SAP ARIBA would be an advantage.
