Description
Are you an experienced Purchasing Analyst who likes a dynamic environment?
General Purchasing Group in Lund and Cluster Central & North Europe is looking for a temporary assignment as Purchasing Analyst.
In this position you will be one of the key players within Indirect Purchasing team. You will be responsible for structuring and analysing supplier management data, creation of tools for further analysis and drive compliance. Your achievements will impact our result and efficiency to a large extent.
Your success will depend on your ability to drive and support the Supplier Management organisation in finding business improvements, root cause behind performance and to facility transparency of results by clear communication.
As Purchasing Analyst you will be a member of the cluster Supplier Management team. We are now looking for a member to join our team during one year.
Main responsibilities
- Give support to the supplier management organization to enable right decisions
- Enable efficient target setting and follow-up
- Build and populate accurate analysis models - Analyse and publish monthly and quarterly results
- Drive compliance, through process controls and other analysis tools
- Responsible and coordination of process control questionnaire
- Supplier management and finance ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you are a highly motivated individual with broad understanding of economics and business control. You are a team player with a strong drive for result and you prefer to work in a structured and organized way. You have an analytical and problem solving mindset, excellent business understanding and networking/communication skills. You have the ability to drive actions proactively and support the organisation with passion.
You preferably have an Economical University degree. Experience within controlling is a must and ideally you have some years experience in a similar role.
As you will be working with a multicultural team, a good command of English, both written and oral is required as well as knowledge of advanced Excel and SAP.
