Purchasing Assistant

We are currently looking for a Purchasing assistant for the Product Development department, with strong characteristics that include eagerness to learn, solution-oriented, and taking ownership.

The Product Development department is responsible for creating, developing, and producing products and collection concepts for the brand’s success.

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will…

• Manage master data in ERP system (creating and maintaining)
• Following up with suppliers
• Updating the team about any delays or problems with suppliers
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors
• Help in streamlining process both with internal communication and to external partners (suppliers)
• Responsible for upkeep of administrative tasks (system management, Asana projects, excel worksheet) and maintain KPI’s
• Assist Production, Quality, and Product Sustainability Manager in daily tasks

Essential Characteristics

• Driven and independent
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive and hands-on
• A plus if you have a fashion background
• Strong excel skills ( Microsoft office)
• Experience in Navision is a plus
• A university degree or ongoing studies within fashion, business, economics, or similar

Other

• This is a fixed-term position (approx 3 months, with the possibility of prolongation)
• Flexible working hours, but preferably full-time during the summer
• Start date as soon as possible
• The position is based in Stockholm
