The Market and Sales Companies (Msco's) & Corporate Purchasing Organization has been recently created in order to manage the purchasing governance for all of Toyota Material Handling Europe excluding the factories. As corporate function, we centrally coordinate the purchasing strategies of all our national sales companies. We generate profit by providing the right supplier base in terms of quality, delivery, cost, environment and social responsibility. We properly and promptly answer to the business needs in terms of supplier selection, supplier qualification and supplier contract management.

As Purchasing Governance Lead you will:

* Support local SAP implementations from Enablement phase to Go-Live
* Conduct performance data collection & reporting
* Process mapping for local companies and evaluation against Policies/Procedures; reporting of findings
* Ensure Central Policies/Procedures are implemented locally in SAP Purchasing processes
* Periodical (monthly) Purchasing performance and progress follow up on KPIs/Targets/Strategies defined
* Audit local companies on Policies/Procedures
* Highlight potential shortfalls in local processes towards Policies/Procedures
* Advise options to rectify identified local Policy violations and/or shortfalls

Your profile

* Experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP for Purchasing. ERP (preferably SAP) implementation experience is a plus
* Understanding Policies/Procedures/Processes
* Able to translate policies/procedures into real-life application inside ERP
* Good Analytical & Reporting skills
* Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
* Knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint
* Willing to travel (during SAP implementation for longer periods)
* Self-manage and plan tasks within the centrally set framework and timings
