We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to run Sourcing to assigned targets, business needs and market opportunities. Your location will be in Skutskär mill and you will be working in Sourcing & Logistics function for Biomaterials Division. You will report to SVP Sourcing Biomaterials division & categories.

As a Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for leading, developing and operationally running local sourcing in order to meet business requirements, with the target to support daily business, reduce procurement spend as well as development of the team towards best practice. You will develop and execute our sourcing plan and set targets in line with our strategy, targets, guidelines and policies, as well as supplier base and propose solutions to business needs in close co-operation with category managers, purchasers, suppliers and business. You will lead local contract management group and act as a member of local mill and maintenance/technical management teams.Your tasks include meeting purchase requests from business units timely and in professional manner, and suggest improvements as needed to make best commercial purchases while meeting business needs. You will also lead and coach your own team and manage performance of own functional budget as well as own targets. You will cooperate closely with Business and Sourcing team, suppliers and other companies.

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you have some 5 years working experience in international procurement and leadership experience. Your proficiency is based on a Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
You have experience in strategic sourcing, and you have good understanding of sourcing practices and contract law. Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements with suppliers in different countries is a must to succeed in this position. You are very good in teamwork, and you have experience in multicultural, remote people management and strong influencing skills. You are a great communicator with excellent negotiation skills, and you communicate fluently in Swedish and English. This position might require some traveling time to time.
