The first team consists of material supply project managers who are responsible for managing the material for products in high volume production.The second team consists of commodity responsible individuals who have commodity responsibility during high volume production.The third group is responsible for forecasting and data. Description of duties: . You will be fully responsible for a team of approximately 20 employees.This means that we expect you to have previous leadership experience.You must understand the concept of developing and maintaining high performance teams.. Maintains orderly work processes by coordinating work flow and work quality..Oversees the day-to-day activities of work group/team(s); accountable for work group/team(s) results..Responsible for OPEX and Key Performance Indicators of the organizations . Expected to provide leadership and direction to the team.. Builds an environment that supports co-operation and cohesiveness among the work team and with other areas within the organization . Influence and motivate the team members through example setting, caring and trust. Qualifications . Previous leadership experience is absolute necessary .Strong negotiations skills a plus.. Supply chain management expertise a definite plus.. Purchasing and/or MRP background required.. Analytical skills and strong presentation skills necessary.. Excellent communicator . Good balance of strategic thinking and operational view . University degree required.
