Looking for a challenging position? How about being part of Bosch Thermotechnology’s international Purchasing Quality team?
We are looking for a Purchasing Quality Assurance Team Leader, to cope with the business growth and strengthen our reaction capacity at Bosch TT Tranås site.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinate PUQ-A2 team capacity at Tranås and be the key contact for PUQ-A related topics
Performing claim management for specific material groups’ purchased parts, with quality deviations. This includes analysis of line and field returns, deploy internal containment actions and carry our problem solving activities towards the suppliers.
Consolidate internal and external failure costs caused by supplier liability, track and report the team KPI's
Managing concession process for specific use cases
Being the key contact for internal/external audits on site
Implementing processes according the new organization setup
Seldom support on incoming inspection and ISIR counter measurement
Your communication skills in Swedish and English will be key to assure clear communication with internal stakeholders, our worldwide supplier base, and with Purchasing Quality Engineers from the other 16 TT locations.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Approximately 5 years’ experience in Purchasing and/or Quality (working knowledge in problem solving tools)
Positive leadership attitude and problem-solving mindset
Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical disciplines
Good knowledge of mechanical components, systems and manufacturing processes
Structured and analytical way of working
Extensive skills in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in SAP
Good technical drawing interpretation
Ownership and proactive, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Results oriented and willing to work in an international team environment
Availability to travel
