Job Description


Your contribution to something big
As a purchasing quality inspector you will be responsible of analyzing line returns and start the problem solving process towards the suppliers. Within this process you will analyze the problem e.g. by measuring the parts, you start claim report and follow up the claim reports towards the supplier. You take care for the internal containment actions, too.
You send defective parts back to suppliers and start the reimbursement process, too.
Within the ISIR/ PPAP (Initial inspection report) process you will be responsible to measure the sample parts from the supplier and release the parts in our SAP system.
You define the incoming inspection criteria’s for new parts and determine when an incoming inspection is necessary for new and serial parts. In the incoming inspection you check these criteria’s e.g. with a 3D measurement arm.

Good knowledge in measurement methods like 3D measurement arm
Structured and analytical way of working
Basic knowledge in SAP exist
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
