Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to our central indirect team with main focus on managing negotiations with our suppliers, as well as developing and delivering negotiation training across the Tetra Pak locations.

Indirect Materials & Services are categorised into five categories: Facilities Management (FM), Human Resource & Professional Services (HR&PS), Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO), Marketing & Communication (MarCom) and Information Technology (IT).
Our ambition is to globally develop and implement category strategies, leverage on our total volumes and move spend into standard contracts.We work close together with the local business, coordinating our sourcing projects according to a standard 6-step process.

Your main tasks in this position will be:

- Drive and lead negotiation activities in close co-operation with the central team and the local business
- Take active part in our 6-step sourcing process by understanding critical steps linked to the negotiation
- Establish and develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and compliance to the processes
- Support development of the negotiation process
- Train local purchasers and central team
- Drive knowledge sharing activities


Kvalifikationer

You have a high personal drive with the capability to work in a flexible and independent way.You are result oriented with the ability to work in a multinational and changing environment where you strive to align decisions and compliance across the organization.You are highly skilled in communication.

The successful candidate has a University degree in business administration or commercial law.We think you have at least five years of work experience from similar tasks.Previous experience from operative purchasing and SAP/R3 are beneficial for the position.Since you will be working in an international team with broad network around Tetra Pak we see that you have a very good English command, both written and verbal.
