Kvalifikationer
- You have worked with consultant management (from the customer side) and have procurement experience.
- You have experience in negotiations with consulting services as well with recruitment agencies.
- You have skills in Google sheets and/or Excel.
- You have experience in coordinating multiple projects at the same time.

Job Description
We are now looking for a purchasing support within consulting management / vendor manager to our client within the fintech industry in Stockholm. You will assist the TA Performance and insight team with the company’s consultancy management. The team that is responsible for processes and improvements in the recruitment processes at our client, and has a core position within their Staffing Group and aims to provide the best talent to the company by setting clear processes by making data driven decisions.

In this role you will assist the current vendor manager with all cases, processes and implementation connected to consultancy staffing. You will be helping with open requests and contracts for consultants but also own big ticket projects such as review compliance within all the company’s consultancy GTC’s and recruitment agreements.

Main tasks and responsibilities
• negotiation with suppliers
• meetings with suppliers
• follow up on metrics and drive actions to deliver on time
• manage relationship with stakeholders


Personal qualities
You will support the line consultant function at our client and needs to be able to multitask and set priorities based on business needs and impact.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 3 months, with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in English as soon as interviews are ongoing.
