PX Partner Product Creation

What do we offer
We are seeking a committed and passionate person who wants to join us in taking the People Experience function into the future. An essential element for our success is that we have a well laid out PX strategy, including among others, a focus on enhancing PX’s presence in the business and strengthening our daily operational support to our clients. To align working methods and collaborate over functional boarders with one goal – more value added to our teams.
Your main responsibility will be to provide operational and tactical PX support to managers and ensure that PX  is visible and is a partner to achieve business goals. 
What you´ll do 
Your main responsibility will be to support managers and teams and execute PX deliverables in line with the respective units, People strategy, and business needs. You will be part of converting functional people strategy into specific activities and plans that fully support the respective organizations’ business goals. You are also responsible for implementing and communicating PX policies, directives and processes. You will be the lead between corporate recruiting and the business in order to build and maintain new competence areas identified for the future including software development among others. You will manage complexity and be strong in building relationships with key stakeholders. We are agile and co-develop PX products and initiatives in order to give the best customer experience. 
You and your skills
You have several years of experience within a global PX Partner role including prior experience within technical recruiting or talent management from complementary industries. You know how to engage and effectively communicate with key stakeholders. You have the ability to deliver on time with high quality. You must be able to plan and prioritise with a flexible mind-set. You also have experience hiring and developing highly technical talent with experience from competitive markets internationally to continue to build our company brand.
We see that you are able to manage difficult discussions in order to develop technical teams and in designing and implementing retention strategies within a complex organization. Your experience from international markets including Silicon Valley or similar paired with your understanding of the local Swedish labour market will be key for success across Product Creation. You have a strong drive and experience to build a diverse talent pipeline and you know what it takes to attract the best developers and engineers. 
Your analytical skills are excellent, and you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications. You know how to present facts and build business cases. You are confident in your profession and transparent in your communication. You have the ability create trust around you while influencing others. In this role you must be able to handle complex and sensitive information while being able to work in an ever-changing environment.
You like to work independently as well as in teams. You can develop new ways of working and inspire others to collaborate across Product Creation in order to find synergies and scaling opportunities.  
You understand the technical aspects of the business well in order to support leadership in attracting and retaining talent. This would also include career development opportunities for competitive skill sets in the market.
 At Volvo Cars, English is our corporate language, requiring fluent skills both in written and orally.
