About us:
We are a People Experience (PX) team supporting functions within Engineering and Operations. You will be supporting the global function Manufacturing Engineering. What you’ll do:
Your responsibility will be to support managers and participate in selected management teams within Manufacturing Engineering; based in Gothenburg as well as in Olofström. You will execute PX deliverables in line with the people strategy and business needs. You are also responsible for implementing and communicating PX policies, directives and processes and work in PX projects cross functionally. You will provide analyses, execute activities and act as an advisor to your stakeholders. You are part of a global PX network supporting Manufacturing Engineering globally.
Your skills:
We believe you have several years of relevant experience as well as an HR university degree. You have experiences from working as an PXP (HRBP) in global organisations with high-pace transformation. You have a proven track record of delivering strategic and operational HR support. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
The role is based in Gothenburg but some travel to Olofström is required as one of the management teams is based there. Therefore you should be willing and able to travel as and when required.

You are a self-starter and able to deliver on time with high quality. You have a data-driven approach, set objectives and prioritize work appropriately.
