VCT People Experience, Final Assembly Night shift 

We call our HR organization at Volvo Cars People Experience (PX). At People Experience, you are part of a global team with the task to make Volvo Car the employer of choice. You and the team handle the most precious resource for the success of the company – our employees. Our mission is to attract, recruit, develop, engage and retain the people that build the future for Volvo Car.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will join a group of 19 PX specialists. Together, the team support VCT managers in their change journey. The VCT PX team has the mission to drive the full people agenda in the management teams. The focus for PX VCT is to secure operational deliveries in the areas of people, culture, competence and leadership. To meet our targets, we are now seeking a committed and skilled PXBP person to our PX team in the Torslanda Plant.
Location: Gothenburg, Volvo Car Torslanda (VCT) plant.

Responsibilities of the role
Your main responsibility will be to provide operational and tactical PX support to managers in the whole VCT organisation. Your main tasks will be to support and coach the managers. 
In your everyday work you will support, train and coach both experienced and new managers in all PX related areas, such as people, culture, competence and leadership. Furthermore your job will focus on support in labour relations, rehabilitation, manning and also act as an internal trainer in the organisation. The role also includes leadership- and organisation development and change activities.

You and your skills
To be successful in the role you have a university degree in Human Resources or similar and relevant experience. For example: rehabilitation, labour and pedagogical skills. You are a team player who brings energy and shares your ideas and experience.
You need to be business focused and have the ability to take ownership of your responsibility area or shop.  
On a personal level, you have the ability to deliver in time with high quality. You get things done and like to work in a fast-paced operational environment. You can plan and prioritise with a flexible mind-set. Furthermore, you have high integrity and good communication skills. You have the ability to work independently in a structured way. Of course, you have a curious mind-set, and want to contribute to continuous improvements in all relevant areas. 
We also see that you are courageous and comfortable to challenge others. The VCT organisation is running on all shifts. Our company language is English, but we mostly use Swedish within the production plant. Therefor we expect you to be fluent in both English and Swedish.
