Strategic Marketing is a department whitin Q-Med AB responsible for managing and developing the Q-Med product/brand portfolio.Our task is to maximize profitability by positioning all products/brands so that they contribute appropriately to the company profit and growth targets as well as answers to customers and consumer needs.We are looking for a Commercial Manager. Overall responsibilities: Maximize the value of Q-med?s Aesthetic portfolio by developing and managing a 1Y Commercial plan securing effectiveness, competitiveness and profitability in the face segment. Responsible for managing, developing and maximizing the face segment product portfolio in an effective, competitive and profitable way.Main activities/deliverables: According to the strategic growth plan, develop an overall Commercial plan consisting of key marketing activities and campaigns based on the global communication concept.Overall responsibility for analysing and evaluating current product portfolio.This review is to be based on sales figures, input from the sales force and Strategic planning in order continuously improve top and bottom line profitability and competitiveness.Ensure that the Commercial plan and local plans are on Brand Strategy. Experience and personality: We are looking for a person with minimum 10 years experience from the filler market, cosmetic, skin care or FMCG.You should have extensive experience of brand building with an international background within marketing and/or sales.You have leadership experience.You?re a doer with the ability to think one step ahead.It is important that you understands and applies commercial and business principles in your work.
