Job description
Sigma Connectivity has a new opening for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to work on the testing of embedded software applications for home audio and smart connected solutions currently under development. In this role, you'll focus on building and maintaining test automation frameworks for embedded IoT projects using the Matter wireless IoT protocol. The scope of this role could also eventually expand to include software development for the actual products as well. To be successful in this role, you should be equally comfortable working with embedded software development, firmware and hardware.

Basic qualifications
Ideal candidates should have the following skills and experience:
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
4+ years of experience in software development
Experience coding in embedded C and C++
Knowledge of high-level scripting languages, such as Python, Java or C#
Knowledge and experience with test automation tools and protocols (Matter preferred)
Experience with Gerrit, Git and Jenkins
Preferred additional skills, personal traits, experience
