QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER WITHIN C# AND AZURE - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to work with rapid development of prototypes/concepts, and regular product development within Quality Engineering department.
What you'll do:
● Define test automation framework and develop the new test automation script along with implementing automated and functional testing for all the work streams to improve the overall testing cycle.
● Writing automated tests in .NET OR Good command on any programming language and test Environment set-up/management, monitoring and streamlining release management to QA Environments.
● Understanding SQL databases and apply CI / CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
● Develop the QA & automation practices and strategies for our software development teams.
● Write tools and libraries which can be used by other QA/devOps engineers in collaboration with the agile teams, set the guidelines and requirements on the test practices in the development process.
● Building a path for successful cooperation between testers of different levels.
● Controlling and managing difficulties that arise in different projects during testing related activities.
● Planning and performing manual tests for software products and Investigating problems in the software.
● Creating, reviewing, and maintaining test plans and test cases while providing technical support and help prioritize issues.
● Being part of defining test strategy for our products and an advocate for our users.
Who you are:
● Strong coding experience on at least two language from (Javascript, typescript, java, python, C#, Go, Scala).
● Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges, solutions and deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
● Coding experience with automation framework, tools and services for web along with experience in API testing.
● Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, processes along with showing creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
● Knowledge of perl, bash or other scripting languages, Elastic search (KQL), Kibana, AWS, REST, Maven, Git and Azure experience.
