QA developer to Mobenga!

We continue to grow, and are now looking for a Test Engineer to strengthen our project teams in Malmö.



Mobenga is looking for a Software Engineer QA

We are looking for a committed and highly motivated team player with a positive attitude. You will be working as a Scrum project team member, with a unique opportunity to work with others in a full product life-cycle on all delivery aspects; design, implementation, testing, documentation and deployment. Therefore we want you to be interested in a product as a whole; not only a small, specific component.

You are a quality oriented doer and enjoy working in a fast paced, fast growing environment with short decision paths, eager to take initiatives, introduce your ideas and drive them independently. We think that you enjoy computer science in general, like trying new solutions, methodologies and technologies and we see it as a big plus if you are involved in spare time projects, regardless of the technology. Of course it is also a big advantage if you have a background in or at least an interest for sports and betting!

Main responsibilities

. Drive the fundamentals of QA within the team. Enable and support the team throughout the development process on various test levels using suitable test types

. Assist and enable the team for optimal estimation and planning for agile testing during development and release

. Conduct exploratory testing sessions with the entire team

. Use, introduce and customize new agile testing methods and techniques according to the project requirement

. Implement unit tests and functional tests with the team

. Thrive for QA process improvement within the team and the organization

. Participate in evaluating requirements, design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment

. Work in Virtual QA Team to continuously improve QA in Mobenga

. Exploring/learning new technologies and picking up tasks outside of your primary skill

Required Skills

. Testing/QA experience and knowledge

. Experience with Functional Test Automation tools (CasperJS, Selenium) and related frameworks (setting up, using), continuous integration

. Fluency in English, in speech as well as writing



Desirable Skills

. Ability to destroy things when you touch them, even if it works for other people :)

. Experience in Unit Testing

. Experience with version control system

. Experience with Exploratory Testing

. Linux experience

. Experience in Scrum, TDD, CI, XP practices

. Development skills: HTML/CSS, Java, JavaScript

. Performance testing

. Experience from working in the betting or gaming industry
