QA Engineer

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for providing process support in accordance with documented procedures and practices. The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, improvement and continuous reinforcement of established Quality Assurance fundamental practices that are utilized in the local business.

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead local global customer complaint handling resolution process.
Handle product hold cases that are classified as regulatory and safety related.
Develop and manage distribution of customer communication in quality related matter.
Act as QA representative in Change control Boards and New Product/Process projects.
Support local business functions to secure quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented
procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor?s degree (or working experience in Quality Assurance or significant years working experience in hardware/pharmaceutical industry) .
Demonstrated understanding of product development lifecycles, design change and document change control, process verification and validation methodologies and manufacturing / production process control methodologies.
Ability to communicate using English and Swedish.
