We are looking for a QA Engineer for Retention with a special focus on loyalty and customer communication for our customers. What we do in this team is build tools and features for our retention marketing teams to create the greatest gaming experience. We support this target by supporting and challenging the operational organisation to acquire and retain customers as effectively as possible.
You will work alongside the development team and our operational teams to develop plans and investigations that help the company exceed.

You will be responsible for driving quality in the team, building and owning the testing platform and frameworks, as well as being able to identify areas of improvement, proactively make those improvements and communicate changes to the team!

You will be a part of the retention domain which is the support and development domain that works closest to the marketing department. We build functionality for bonusing, customer communication, key account management, customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Do you have experience in this?
Familiar with version control (Git or similar)
Previous experience with Postman
Knowledge of automated testing
General knowledge about API’s, how they work, how to query them etc.
