QA Engineer / Selenium Expert

Now we are looking for QA Engineers / Selenium Experts that share our view on how to get the best quality in product development. As a QA Engineer, you will be part of creating a world class agile software development organisation where quality is at the centre. We are not there today, but that is of course just another challenge.

As QA Engineer you are part of the QA organisation that works close together with the scrum teams. You are the link between the Product Owners and Developers, and put the requirements in focus. This means that you should be the one that asks the right questions and make sure that the team delivers on what is committed. While developers create the Unit Tests and Test Engineers focus in white box testing, your goal is to ensure the correct implementation and functionality of the product more from a business perspective.

We believe that you should automate what can be automated. This means that your mission is to create test cases, automate tests and make sure we deliver in accordance to our high demands. Requirements:
- Degree in Computer science or similar degree with focus on programming
- 3+ Years of experience in testing in medium- or large-scale software development
- Experience in BDD (Behaviour-driven Development) or ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development)
- Broad experience in Selenium WebDriver including Page - Objects and Selenium Grid for concurrent execution of tests in different browsers
- Experience in other functional testing frameworks (Cucumber, RSpec, Fitnesse, AutoIt, Sikuli etc)

Preferred skills:
- ISTQB-certificate (or ISEB, CSTE)
- Experience of agile software development (TDD / Scrum / Kanban)
- Good skills in automation and scripting (Perl, Bash, Python etc)
- Experience in mobile test automation (Android, IOS)
