We provide a personalized checkout experience for the H&M Group that creates a seamless and effortless experience for our customers and store personnel, whilst ensuring that our solutions are reliable, cost conscious, up to date and legally compliant.


Job Description


As a Software Engineer you are together with the team responsible for the entire software life cycle – design, development, test, release, and maintenance and translates business needs into working software. Regardless of area, tools or languages, a software engineer builds and configures solutions that are easy to maintain and change, enabling a constant delivery pace to be kept indefinitely. This is achieved through continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, with extensive use of automation. ​
The Software Engineer believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. We believe that you are focused on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
We are now looking for a software engineer with focus on POS (Point of Sales) Acceptance testing and End-to-end Testing.

As a QA Engineer, you have an entrepreneurial mindset, are excited about creating something new and challenge the status quo. Other important skills needed in this role is to keep it simple, to be humble, open to new ideas and contribute to discussions in the forefront of undisrupted loyalty!
We believe that you have
Hands-on experience of quality assurance within agile development
Experience and understanding of POS (Point in Sales)
Experience of creating test design, writing test cases, and executing test
Experience in coordinating and collaborating with on-site as well as off-site teams
Experience working with Confluence, Jira and Agent Ransack (or similar)
Experience of managing test environment and test data
Excellent communication skills
Understanding on the Architectural landscape
Comfortable in discussing product design and improvements

It is positive if you also have (but not necessary)
Knowledge of agile software development
Knowledge of client-side testing of touchpoints (Mobile payments, scanners etc.)
Knowledge of testing integrations and APIs (J-son and XML)
Knowledge of automated testing and different test automation tools
Experience working with SQL
