Do you want to be part of a growing games studio who’s apps reach kids all over the world?
As a QA Lead at Toca Boca you will be responsible for the overall planning and testing of the project you’ll be on - an exciting new app up for release next year!
You’ll have the responsibility and ability to make decisions within your team on your project and drive the QA process forward. You’ll join a company that has fun together and hasn’t lost the ability to play together.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a small team looking to gain experience and knowledge to drive better processes and continually improve the development team, helping the developers with bugs and testing their own work.
You’ll be a key stakeholder in the game team which means you will attend daily scrums, demos, planning, and retrospectives. Communication is key. Part of being a QA Lead here at Toca Boca means that you’ll assist in the training of new hires, mentoring the more junior team members and sharing your expertise
You’ll perform manual and technical testing across the three different mobile platforms, both by exploratory testing and by feature testing as well as improving and operating the QA process for including bug prevention and encouraging quality responsibility within the team.
Is this you?
You are an experienced QA Lead who has worked in the games and/or app industry before. You are used to working closely with the development team.
You are an excellent communicator, especially when working with Customer Service, Producers and Development Teams.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
