We are on a mission to build the best e-commerce checkout there is, and are now looking for an experienced QA lead that wants to contribute to our journey! With some of the largest e-commerce players in the Nordics as customers and partners, we process millions of transactions every month with steady growth.

As QA Lead you are regarded to be a senior team member capable of solving tasks with high quality and to provide the development organization with quality assurance leadership and mentorship necessary to secure its objectives.
Your success in this role is contingent on your ability to work on strategic level across Qliro to resolve quality assurance disputes and be watchful of technical decisions that have long-term consequences. You lead by inspiring and setting the bar for quality assurance for the teams and solving hard problems paving the way for the teams to succeed.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Lead and own the QA Strategy within Qliro to meet the product requirements.
- Hands-on lead and participate in the quality assurance work in your domain
- Help the team’s breakdown the work and estimate the time/ efforts needed to deliver them with quality
- Mentor the team’s members by working together with them, regularly review their methods, automation code and provide them with feedback to improve and grow.
- Provide product management team and other stakeholders with QA insights necessary for sound technical, business, and operational decisions.
- Work closely with all organizations in the customer journey to set the vision and QA strategy (including tools needs).
- Take initiative in solving cross team problems and attending workshops including the Tech lead forum.
- Work with managers to evolve the QA competence and craftmanship
- Lead and inspire the teams to share knowledge, bring ideas and invite comments, feedback, and suggestions from all team members.
