QA Lead /Manager/ Test automation

We are looking for QA lead /Manager with Devops experience in Malmö - Sweden.


As our QA Lead/Manager your main responsibility will be:


• Create maintain, secure validation requirements (Acceptance Criteria’s), where you will work close with the Business Analyst and Domain Architect areas
• Understanding how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together
• Setting the (BAT) Entry/Exit criteria’s and ensures that these are being properly followed by the organization as well as 3rd party.
• Mentor and educate organization to foster quality mindset and way of working
• Follow-up on reported issues and trigger actions to ensure sustainability of the deliveries
• Deliver regular reports to management on the evolution of the quality along the QA activities
• Manage, plan and secure validation requirements, test cases and checklists, where you will work close with the Business Analyst and Domain Architect areas • Define the common Business Acceptance (BAT) test strategy. Own the test plan for the project, product or release and creation of appropriate test harnesses
• Develops expert knowledge across applications
• Accompany and support the business testers during UAT for all testing matters
• Follow the results of the test campaigns performed by the business testers and provide the appropriate Sign-off of delivery.
• Participates in estimating test effort, designing approach, and identifying risks
• Triages and reports test, defect and analyse trends
• Ensures traceability of test cases to requirements
• Reports execution and defect status to stakeholders • Contributes to an ongoing process of improving test efficiency and accuracy by influencing process, tool, and infrastructure improvements
• Participates in team meetings, communicate with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and other testers, local and remote
• Coordinates and facilitates testing with 3rd party solutions & internal integrations
• Responsible for the monitoring of the software quality KPIs
