ReTo ensure the quality of our delivery capabilities, we are strengthening our Group Network Technology organization, with a Quality Assurance Lead with focus on Network Services.
I am Juan Carlos Guzmán Monet, and I am leading the Software Management and Quality Assurance team in the Network Cloud and Continuous Delivery organization in Network Services and Delivery (NSD). In our team we are Quality Assurance leads, supporting the Agile Release Trains, Solution Managers, Solution Architects in our continuous solutions and products quality and improvements in NSD organization.
Your next challenge?
As a Quality Lead you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the continuous quality assurance strategy including design test environment of the E2E Network Service that our customers use every day across our 6 markets in Nordics and Baltics. In addition, you set the requirements for test automation and the implementation of the CICD pipeline.
This is a key role in the Group Network organization and involves taking responsibility for ensuring there are testing activities and practices to verify the Functional and Non-Functional Requirements to enable the quality of the network services to Telia customers.
It is a senior role that involves leading cross functional activities and communicating with a large set of stakeholders across the organization. You will be driving the transformation from traditional test into built-in quality practices.
You will interface business owners and subject matter experts to define how to validate the new business and product requirements. In addition, you will work with the vendors providing solutions to Telia Company.

Competence and experience:
Deep technical knowledge of mobile networks or cloud solutions. 5 plus years working in a network or software development or operations role
Proven ability to lead and energize people as well as nurture strong cross-functional collaboration, including 3 years of experience in a leading role, such as a quality assurance lead, test manager or team lead
A successful track record working with and delivering complex solutions.
Demonstrable understanding of software development processes and organizational impact of new technical solutions e.g., 5G, CaaS, RAN.
Knowledge of security, performance, release management, DevOps and CICD.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, preferably in the Telco domain
Experience working with the Agile methodologies, e.g., SAFe® framework, and ITIL
Good understanding of the industry and customer insights
M. Sc. Degree in Engineering or equivalent education
Fluent English, both in writing and orally
