QA Lead - Solna

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a QA Lead who is experienced in automation and is able to advise others on how to move forward in test automation.

What you'll do:
● Be responsible for the development of quality assurance strategies encompassing staffing, technical requirements, product space and involvement throughout the development lifecycle Establish and manage processes for both automated and manual testing.
● Collaborate with product owners and developers to define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and plan testing coverage for upcoming features/web releases.
● Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability before delivery.
● Provides hands-on lead-by-example development and maintenance of test plans, test cases and test automation systems covering all aspects of the software.
● Automate tests to validate applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
Who you are:
● Experience testing different application types (desktop, web, mobile) and different platforms (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
● Hands-on experience with manual as well as automated testing and knowledge of Continuous Integration principles and best-practices.
● Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to hire and grow talented QA personnel.
● Understanding of defect reporting, version control, and configuration management best practices, along with different testing phase best practices and objectives (functional, system integration, UAT, performance).
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
