The role
Title: Software Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Malmö
Start: ASAP or when possible
Extent: Full time
Type: Flexible work hours
Onsite: 2 days at office

This is an opportunity for you who are looking to advance in your career devoting your time to a playful yet meaningful occupation. As the new QA Lead, your work sphere consists of a wide variety of tasks including code reviews, knowledge sharing, design documentation and time estimation. Keeping the QA document up-to-date is key and ensuring that developers are complying with it is one of your main responsibilities. Other tasks consist of scripting, project management and RD.

You will have the opportunity to shape your own role and lay the groundwork for the company’s future QA department. Furthermore, together with a dedicated team of game developers housed in our newly renovated and central office in Malmö, you will be able to build a legacy at an exciting company in expansion.

Your area of expertise: Maintaining and securing our quality development.
Find methods for long term QA.
Create and implement tools for code analysis, automated testing etc.
Identify software strengths and weaknesses.
Communicate both internally and externally with clients.
Exercise strategic thinking and leadership.
Exercise good collaborative skills.
Your background: Relevant work experience or a degree in engineering.
Experience of QA and automated testing.
The tech-stack
We are using for instance Unreal Engine, Unity, C++, Go, Typescript, PHP and we have several projects that are running in VR and Oculus Quest. We are also platform independent.
The projects
When working at Divine Robot you will partake in projects that are different in nature offering both stimulating and purposeful day-to-day practice. We work with anything from VR shooting simulators for hunters and sport shooters, to gamified onboarding platforms for water engineers and city planners, to name a few. We are expert advisors to our clients in both commercial and strategic business development. In the spectrum of assignments, we for example create extraordinary tradeshow illustrations.The company
