We work in small agile teams made up of people with diverse competencies and responsibilities, but everyone is directly involved in the whole cycle of software development. The role
In this role you get the chance to form and shape how Improove thinks about and work with Quality Assurance. You will develop and implement Improoves QA processes and procedures. And there is more. You get to create and lead Improoves QA-team.

In this position, you will be the first dedicated QA person at Improove, you will split your time between internal and customer facing projects. Major focus areas will be doing QA for continuous enhancements for Improove’s accelerators (for Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)) and supporting existing enterprise account with a goal to increase the quality of our delivery. In addition to this there is a need to within the company define the concept of QA and how we work with it as part of our customer offering, contributing and forming this work and in the long perspective as a team lead build a QA-team.
We believe that you
- Have at least 3 years experience in a QA-role
- Have thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Have been involved in building and/or scaling a QA department
- Are used to working with QA towards costumer facing services
- Are fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
- Have great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
It would be nice if you also have
- Experience with Magento and Salesforce
- Experience within E-commerce
