About the department - Core System Software
We have come to an important step in the development of our new software-centric platform. In our part of the R&D, we code the base software on the Core Computer to refine computational power and to enable successful integration with applications. Our teams work in an agile manner organized according to SAFe to be able to quickly adjust to changing requirements.
We work with an a-state-of-the-art embedded multiprocessor environment from Nvidia including hypervisors, Linux, QNX, Rust, Robot Framework, and other modern technologies.

Role specifics
As a Quality Assurance Leader within CSP you will foster Built-In Quality by influencing development and verification methods that secures testability and quality of releases. This is a key enabler for increasing the speed and quality of the software deliveries in the-ever-more-complex software environment of a modern car.
You will be responsible to partly set and but mainly track and review progress on quality goals related to test and requirement tractability within CSP development and release process. This will include analysis of test cases and test suite, making sure correct processes are followed and QA related tasks are performed, and targets met. Supporting developers and system testers in tracking requirements test status as well as securing trackability between requirement and test cases.
You will establish our platform’s QA and test concept together with our organization and ensure alignment by listening, improving and drive change.

Your and your skills
We believe you have a keen interest in SW development and specifically for securing quality of a SW release. You have a clear ambition to create processes and targets that secure quality and proves compliance with regulations. You have have 3+ yours experience as QA leader in embedded system environment and 3+ years QA lead withing safety critical systems.
As a person you have strong customer focus, enjoys the possibility to influence and you love to be part of a team where we take own initiatives and take pride in your own and the team’s deliveries.
