QA Manager

You will be part of Analysis and Change, Business IT, whose purpose is to create value for our customers and the business through IT solutions that meet their needs. As a QA Manager, you have an important role in that work by taking the leading and coordinating role of how we test and quality assure our IT solutions. We are now moving to cloud-based solutions and SaaS and see you as an important driving force in the continued work with new technologies. Together with our IT teams and business units you will create and execute the QA strategy for the entire systems portfolio. A part of that work will be to coordinate our testers to ensure a consistent and high quality of testing in all teams and projects. In addition to this you will:

• Inventory and plan QA needs for all teams and projects throughout the year.
• Set up and coordinate the use of test automation both within our local organization but also with our central international teams.
• Close collaboration with release managers to ensure audit-relevant information is collected.

The role is located in Malmö.

In order to thrive and be successful in the role we believe you have worked as a tester for a few years and have experience of developing and driving the implementation of a QA strategy in a medium-/ large-sized IT delivery organization. We believe you have a relevant educational background within IT and that you are proficient in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing. If you have experience from driving change/transformation it is a big plus.


As a person you are a good communicator that enjoys cooperating and networking with different parts of our organization. You are comfortable taking responsibility and decisions both on a strategic and a day-to-day level. It is also important that you are good at planning and structuring work and getting others to follow your plan/structure.
