QA Manager - AXIS OS Services

We are now looking for a QA Manager for AXIS OS for our HQ in Lund. Are you the one we are looking for?

Who is your future team?
The team consists of about 20 happy and forward individuals that value teamwork and each other. With us, you are encouraged to dare to take on new challenges and contribute to us constantly improving. Our test engineers sit either together with developers in small agile teams where they collaborate with internal and external partners, or in a pure test team focusing on system testing of our AXIS OS releases. We want to be at the forefront of new ways of working and strive for a culture where everyone can be themselves, creative and innovative - every day!

Aside from this team you will also be part of the management team for the Connected & Platform Test department. In addition, we work very closely with our corresponding development managers, and you will therefore also be part of their management team. Together our goal is to help and support each other, so that together we can develop and improve the business and make everyday life easier for our employees.

What you'll do here as a QA manager?
In this role you will lead a team both operational and strategic. You will support, coach and help your team to develop, and you will constantly work to improve our testing operations, both short- and long-term.

You will collaborate with managers outside of the management team, work closely with your colleagues within your own management team and keep a dialog with both internal and external partners. Together with the product manager, program manager and project managers you will work to continuously collaborate on test strategies, priorities and functional changes.

We'd love to hear that you have previous experience in both software testing and some kind of leading role.
