For more information visit www.esab.com Job description As QA Orders Coordinator you are responsible for managing all QA inquiries/orders relating to any standard products from ESAB's Nuclear range.You will directly contribute to increasing ESAB's competitiveness by reducing the response time for quotations and order confirmations.The work involves matching requests and orders to ESAB's existing product range of QA products and to estimate the cost of testing according to customer specifications.You review and then, coordinate and monitor all existing QA orders/ inquiries the process is to be coordinated starting from reception of the orders/inquiries from regional sales offices located globally until ready products/ quotations are delivered to the customer.The role requires extensive communication and interaction with different departments and regional sales offices within the company.You report directly to the Global Power Plant Segment Manager.Since this is a new position you will initially establish new working methods and processes for order management and follow-up.
