QA Specialist

About the role

As a QA Specialist, you will work within the Shared Production team among animators, VFX artists, sound designers and other disciplines. The current QA team consists of 3 people, meaning this is a very broad role. You will design, execute and maintain tests, as well as scope out and plan test activities for a number of exciting game projects. You will have an opportunity to work on a wide range of VR devices at different stages of game development.

Our aspiration is to develop smart processes that will enable every developer to effectively test our games, discover and report bugs, share feedback, as well as consider testability and accessibility of our games.

What you’ll do

- Scope out and plan test activities

- Facilitate test activities performed by the game teams

- Test games to discover bugs, assess the quality of features and drive good release decisions

- Report discovered bugs and provide feedback

- Create and maintain concise test documentation

- Identify opportunities to improve our games and processes

Requirements

- Experience with video game testing

- Self-management skills

- Adaptability and open-mindedness

- Passion for testing, quality, games and VR

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
