Arbetsbeskrivning
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Duties and responsibilities
Establish written procedures in accordance with the legal and other applicable requirements,
Develop and document the sampling process,
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the HACCP and QA work,
Actively participate in and monitor the development work and projects,
Control non-conforming products,
Establish, adjust, or remove routines that are missing, do not follow the process, or are outdated.
Review and maintain completed batch records,
Follow-up analysis results, recalls, and customer complaints,
Liaise and communicate with other departments to ensure the production of products follow internal and external quality standards and applicable regulations,
Conduct other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Report risks and hazards for food safety according to applicable regulations and applicable quality standards.
Qualifications
BSc or higher education in a relevant field
At least two years of experience in QA
Fluent skills in Swedish and English
