Our QA department is growing, and we are now looking for a new colleague to one of our QA teams at Cytiva in Uppsala. The team QA- QMS Support consists of 9 people and is responsible for internal audits, customer audits, deviations, complaints, CAPA management, documentation management and training in our Quality Management System (QMS). You will be working closely with experienced colleagues where team spirit, flexibility and support are important factors.
We are looking for a person who has a strategic mindset, is analytical and structured and with good communication and collaborative skills.
In the role QA Specialist- QMS Documentation and Training Lead, you will be focusing on documentation and QMS training related to our quality management system (QMS). You will also support other QA areas such as audits and deviation /investigation management.
What you'll do:
As QA specialist- QMS Documentation and Training Lead you will:
Work closely with our HR, site managers and other sites training specialists to lead the QMS training program
Be a part of Cytivas journey to further develop our Learning System
Be responsible for monitoring the training process efficiency and continuously improving the process.
Develop and perform QMS training.
Support managers/associates with issuing/revising QMS documents
Participate in regular meetings/forums to sustain the structure of the QMS
Give site guidance on use of the Cytiva Learning System and Cytiva’s document management system.
Support key quality activities and be open to take on additional tasks supporting the overall performance of the team
Attend Customer Audits presenting the training and documentation process as applicable
Be part of global documentation forums as the Uppsala Representative.
Who you are
Bachelor's / Master’s degree.
A background within quality is considered a merit.
Experience of Lean principles are a merit.
You are curious, analytical and have an interest in in new technologies, learning principles and have an end user perspective.
You are used to standard tools like computerized systems, excel and other business programs.
Ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English (written and oral).
Valid work-permit.
Other important qualities for success in the role are good communication skills, you are a team player and have an ability to structure, prioritize, plan and drive tasks forward.
