About the job
We want to strengthen our team with a QA-tech who has a broad overall perspective and experience with complex, business-critical system connections.
Together with colleagues in Development Management, you will be contributing with you knowledge for tools and working methods for DevSecOps, Automatic testing in our delivery organization to ensure continuity, stability, efficiency, integrity, performance, scalability and regulatory compliance.
You understand the value of a lean-agile approach, and like to explore technical possibilities, and solutions but at the same time understand the need for availability and quality in a large, regulatory-driven international insurance business.
Agria is part of Länsförsäkringar - we share certain technical and ITSM capabilities with the aim of creating synergies and enabling a strong joint local business.
Who are you?
As QA-tech who has a broad overall perspective and experience with complex, business-critical system connections.
You have practical experience of and are passionate about:
Quality Assurance & Testing (End-to-End tests, non-functional tests, integration tests etc)
Coordination and Automation of both test and build- and release processes (CI/CD – Delivery Pipeline)
Analysis and problem solving related to quality assurance (proactive and event-driven)
Development of automated tests
Test data management (TDM)
Support and train teams in QA
Azure DevOps piplines
Nexus tool
ISTQB certified is a plus

In addition, if you have previous work with insurance, cloud development (Azure) and or SAFe, it is highly meritorious. You have an academic education at the bottom of your professional experience. You enjoy and are secure in the agile way of working - to constantly learn, improve and seek answers as you go, and in this way build both your own and the team's competence in both depth and breadth. As a person, you are service-oriented, structured, meticulous, problem-solving, curious, humble and take pride in delivering what you and the team have committed to. You like change and are adaptable with a self-motivated drive.
