QA/QC Manager (m/f/x)

For our special foundation construction project in Sweden we are looking for a committed and passionate QA/QC Manager (m/f/x) for a one year contract.


Tasks:
Management of QA and QC on the project, leading the team
Controlling and monitoring of the construction process of the specialist foundation project (SCM - Single-Column-Mixing) according to legal quality requirements and internal quality standards
Performance of daily inspections on site, test the quality of specialist foundation construction works required in the contract specifications
Identification and documentation of quality problems and corresponding solutions, monitoring the effectiveness of improvement measures and reporting to the project management
Documentation of all quality related activities, risk assessment, internal and external audits, observation reports and optimization of quality procedures for the specialist foundation project
Processing B-Project data



Profile:
Several years experience as Site/QC Engineer in special foundation on complex projects
Experience in SCM (Single-Column-Mixing) construction technique
Civil engineer studies background
Ability to work independently and in teams of international composition
Ability to communicate fluent in English, both oral and written
