QA/Test Lead - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a QA/Test Lead to be part of our agile way of working where we have started working in SAFe train and it is a transformation that will mean changes in the way we work.

What you'll do:
● Participate in the planning and implementation of system and system integration tests for both large, complex assignments and smaller ones.
● Development of test strategies, writing test cases and testing, work independently and in teams to run test work, plan, and be a problem solver.
● Design and develop test plans, and test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases, and analyse and report test results to the teams.
● Acts as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines.
● Reviews and approves the work of project team members in the writing of scripts, expected results, test results, and defect descriptions. Ensures best practices are followed and testing activities stay on schedule.
● Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, and technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment.
● Work in partnership with Scrum team members, including engineering and product management, to deliver business functionality on time, with the required quality, and that meets the acceptance criteria.
Who you are:
● Solid experience of testing and test management, in leading testing (UAT, test crunch sessions, etc.) and performing tests yourself.
● Several years of experience and proficiency with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing techniques.
● Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to work with technology stakeholders at various levels and including global teams.
● Good experience with test automation, Jira, Scrum and QMetry, Reqtest, or any other case management system and a system where planning and follow-up of tests are managed.
● Technical experience with CMS knowledge (EPiServer or equivalent) and API tools (Postman, API management, etc.).
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have expertise in software development processes with a focus on Agile.
