We are looking for a QC Manager to our department for Quality control of cuvettes. Your responsibilities will include managing a dedicated team of lab technicians, engineers and specialists. This will involve individual development, competence mapping and setting the team strategy in a fast pace environment. You will be working in cross functional teams together with the other major functions withing the organization spreading over manufacturing and packing of cuvettes to ensure safe, reliable and compliant products. You will report to the Director Cuvette Production.

Responsibilities
Leadership of QC laboratory
Release of material according to instruction
Initiate handle and coordinate relevant complaints, non-conformities and ECO investigations
Trend analysis of cuvette control results
Initiate stability testing and method validation according to instructions
Involvement in development projects
Qualifications
A Scientific degree on Bachelor or Master level in a suitable field of engineering or science
Minimum 5 years’ experience of leading teams (as a manager or in project lead)
Experience from MedTech/Pharma Industry
Knowledge in relevant standards and regulations i.e. QSR and ISO 13485
Profound experience as MS Office user, Minitab
Fluent English in writing and speaking
