QHSE Specialist

As a step in the business development of FlexLink, we are seeking a QHSE specialist. Being a part of FlexLink Q, HSE network means being a part of an international team and environment always aiming to provide our customers with the best solutions through the areas of your expertise: quality, health & safety, environment and sustainability. Moreover, you will contribute in delivering the best customer experience in the industry, by supporting initiatives related to Customer Quality Assurance.
Within these areas of responsibilities, you will create, maintain and develop routines and standards based on laws and regulations, following Coesia and FlexLink guidelines.
Responsibilities and main duties
In your role, you will support the local organization in risk-based thinking according to our Operational Management System – OMS, and create and integrate the HSE Group Culture and its programs, including the development and administration of local routines in compliance with local, national and international laws and regulations. Also, you will support the H&S Committee in ensuring HSE compliance as required by local, national and international legislation. Also, you will:
Develop and administrate local quality, environment and health & safety integrated system in your area of responsibility, according to ISO applicable standards, as well as Coesia and FlexLink directions and guidelines
Develop and implement local routines in quality and HSE
Coordinate and support ISO multi-site certification
Drive and support Customer audits
Plan, lead and conduct Quality and HSE audits. Facilitate proper implementation of corrective actions from any performed audits.
Support in the implementation of ergonomics solutions, ergonomics training and ergonomic communications
Inspect site regularly to detect existing or potential accidents and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures where indicated and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented
Train employees in environmental, health and safety issues and responsibilities, and OMS processes according to needs.
Support local sustainability initiatives aiming to reduce pollution, use of natural resources, waste and increase environmental awareness.

To be successful in this role, you are communicative with great presentation and analytical skills. You are structured, independent-minded with a “hands-on” and problem-solving working approach.
Required skills
Technical education in Health, Safety and Environment or Sustainability
3+ years experience in a similar position
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 50001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001)
Strong English and Swedish language skills, written and spoken

Nice to have
LSS knowledge
Certified internal auditor or experience in auditing
