We are looking for a committed colleague to join us in the Next Gen transformation. This by support our business to put new safe and qualitative products on various markets, with specific demands, for Decarbonization and Distributed Power.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Create and maintain quality key indicator performance dashboards using Tableau and Alteryx
* Control and quality KPIs and provide regular updates to top management
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in your reporting
* Coordinate with various functions to identify improvement opportunities
* Facilitate workshops to support and act as a coordinator in improvement projects

What You Bring

* A technical background and proven experience from a project business with high technical complexity.
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar area
* Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is highly meritorious
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
* You are a true teammate with phenomenal interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams
* Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops

About the Team

You will be part of the EQS Quality Management team where we together work with managing and ensuring a good quality in different areas.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
