Read more about QlikTech at www.qliktech.com Qlik Academy Trainer An ever-changing, innovative environment best describes the business which QlikTech works in.This unique challenge as Qlik Academy Trainer provides international exposure and development opportunities for the right candidate.Your main responsibilities Once a month in Lund, an introduction program is held for new QlikTech employees from around the world.The QlikAcademy Introduction week covers core values as well as product and sales training.It gives a thorough understanding of the sales process through team work with real life business cases, role playing and feedback sessions.All employees are certified to sell our products after the introduction week.As a member of the QlikAcademy team, you will be responsible for many of the international introduction programs.You will also work as a trainer together with internal senior executives and experts from all around the world, during these introduction programs.You will also be a member of the Partner Academy, and perform train the trainer sessions for business partners from all over the world.Updating and assisting in the development of our educational concepts and training content for sales and management will also be a part of your work.You report to the Director for QlikAcademy.Frequent travel is expected.Personal Skills You have working experience in an international company, working with value based selling.You have been delivering sales training and have sales experience of your own.Experience from management training is an advantage.You can walk the talk in a business environment and have hands on experience implementing business projects and strategies.It is an advantage to have worked in a fast changing environment and know how to find fast and flexible solutions, thinking outside the box.You have a positive personality that can be infectious to others within the organization.You are flexible in your work to all types of tasks, a dynamic team player but still used to working independently.You are fluent in both written and oral English and have excellent communication and presentations skills.How to apply In this recruitment QlikTech works together with Academic Search.You apply by following the link below which and attach your CV and letter of application in Swedish or English.
