The scope

In this role, you will be part of Resurs Bank’s IT organization, but you will also work with people representing other parts of the bank to ensure that we add as much business value as possible in the area of analysis, insights and reports. This will give you the opportunity to work in a true entrepreneurial company with the objective to transform us to a fintech company.

The role is a key success factor in our ambition to provide the best possible products and services to our partners / customer by enable Resurs to be a more data driven company. You will work in a team with competent and engaged colleagues and report to the Data Excellence Manager.

The focus of the role will be:

- Conduct long term strategic work on how Resurs should work with Qlik Sense.
- Define guidelines, standards and best practice concerning development, deployment, test and operations.
- Transform business requests into functional solutions that meets defined needs.
- Continuous performance optimization and streamlining of our Qlik-environment.
- Play a key role in developing the BI-strategy for our new core banking system.
- Make data / reports easily accessible for different stakeholders and be a source of inspiration on how to utilize it to add business value.


About you

We believe that you have a relevant educational background and at least three years working experience of developing and maintaining BI-solutions in Qlik Sense and/or QlikView.

- Knowledge of database management (MS SQL)
- Knowledge of SQL-script
- Knowledge of and understanding of Data Warehouse as a concept

You are structured and driven and have an interest of always improving ways of working and routines. You have an ability to transform functional needs into technical specifications and an appropriate user interface.

You are fluent in English and preferable in one of the Nordic languages, both speech and writing.

Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. Most of the IT organization is located in our offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. Working remotely is normal for us but it is advantageous if you are reasonably close to a Resurs Bank office as you sometimes might need to be on site physically. You will travel to other offices but in a sustainable way of course.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must.
